At Cole's pre-K the after-school kids helped his class write why they loved their moms. Here is what Cole said...
My mom is smart because...she knows how to clean the toilet
My mom is the greatest because...she drinks all her milk and because when I throw sticky worms on the celing she gets them down

Anna's class sent home a funny recipe book where the kids dictated what their mom's cooked them... lots of "she opens the can from HEB and heat it up..." etc.
Then they wrote why their mom is special. One guy said his mom is special, "because she wears make up." Ha ha ha. Almost as good as cleaning the pot.
Wow--I must be some kind of genius if all it takes to be smart is cleaning the toilet. Whew!!! I was worried there for a minute, thinking I'd really never make it in this world!
Cole cracks me up. I can't wait for Miles to start talking--all he does is grunt and point to things now. Except when he really wants something that you have; then he walks up to you and real sweet like says, "Hi".
